I have been living here for around 2 months now and our apartment was recently remodeled upon moving in. For the price we are paying, we have a lot included. In unit washer&dryer, dishwasher, plenty of space for myself and another couple in a 2 bedroom, we each have our own bathrooms w/tub and shower, granite countertops, a covered parking space, along with other parking spaces that arenât covered. Pet friendly with a dog park in the grounds. A front gate, pool, sauna, and workout room all of which can be accessed via an app on the phone at any time. A pool table/hangout room during open hours. Coupled with a quiet side road not far from state street and all manner of shops/stores, this place has so many things to offer.
Upon moving in I noticed a large bubble in the floor from the remodel and within a little less than month they had it fixed and I have no problems with it anymore. The cute girl at the front McKaylee, has always been nothing but kind, helpful, and professional in helping us to get settled in and happy with where we are now staying.
