Toured this place with Lexi and Tiffany; they were so warm and friendly it made the whole experience incredible. The apartments we toured were absolutely stunning, even the smaller one! The residents I ran into were lovely (especially all the four-legged ones!!). The grounds are gorgeous and quiet, you can really tell the amount of care being put in by the great staff. Overall just amazing

Hello, I have been living here for a year now and genuinely love it here. Maintenence is always fast and responsive, the management here is always down to earth and so friendly. They also do fun events with the community consistently. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live that doesn't overprice anything and everything, look here. Everything that goes into getting an apartment here is quick and easy. You will find nothing but good things here :)

The maintenance team at Preston Hollow are the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex. We had a bunch of light bulbs burn out and they came right away to replace them. We have lived in our unit for two years and have always had a great experience with maintenance requests. They’re fast and super accommodating. In addition to the lights, our bathroom outlet hadn’t worked since we moved in. We didn’t really mind, but wanted to mention it in case it was an easy fix. Turns out the outlet was wired wrong, but was an easy fix.

Ive always felt validated with any questions or issues I’ve had. And everything has always been communicated/resolved promptly. I love feeling like a person in a home instead of a business aspect. Only reason for 4 stars is just normal apartment hindrances. Staff gets 5 stars.

I live in a renovated apartment in building 2 since July and I’m pretty happy so far! The leasing office workers are really nice and if you have concerns and go to them in person they handle it immediately. I had a few things that I wanted fixed that I noticed when moving in and the workers came and fixed them within a week. They have a super easy form to fill out online for that. There were some dings on the floor and such when we moved in so I’m hoping we don’t have to pay for them when we leave, but overall the place looked great at move in! The price is a bit higher than anticipated with all utilities and such, so make sure you’re clear on the pricing. The pool is great and the hot tub isn’t heated year round like we thought (unless you have to heat it some way that we don’t know about), the gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen, the dog wash is great, plenty of non resident parking, around the clock security, and Amazon lockers. I feel like some of the lease rules are a bit ridiculous (certain things aren’t allowed on the balcony like a cooler), and even though the wifi works great, I don’t love that we had to get the exact company they use. I also don’t love that when you pay online you have a nearly $7 service charge each time. But overall happy with it and I plan to stay awhile!

The good - My husband and I moved here last month, and I can honestly say it's the most beautiful and well kept apartment complex we've lived in since starting renting in 2018. There are multiples pools, dog parks, and courtyard areas that are very nice to visit on warm days. They have an Amazon hub behind a locked door and it's been nice to utilize, since we are not always home when packages are delivered. Maintenance requests are addressed within a couple of days, and they are always kind and professional. The bad - The application fee is about $20 higher than surrounding apartments, and when we applied there were monthly fees that had not been properly explained to us. The W/D they provide in-unit are an additional $60/month, which I found a bit absurd. On top of that, though the interior of the apartments are very nice I still feel they are a little overpriced for the quality. Overall a solid place to stay, but not perfect

Despite a lot of fees (including washer/dryer rental), my wife and I are enjoying the apartment complex a lot! The Internet is fast, the grounds are kept very well, amenity features are great, maintenance is fast, and the apartments themselves are nice and welcoming (if you get the updated unit). I'm unsure about the units with the carpet and older appliances. It's been nice having a place we can host friends and family.

Much nicer than our previous apartment complex. We enjoy the Valet Trash, swimming pool and hot tub, pickle ball court and lots of places for our little dog to explore. He loves it here. Nice having on-site management to answer questions rather than having to call someone and hope they help.

I loved living here and sorely wish I could stay (moving to reduce a 2hr commute to school). Management has always been competent and respectful. Maintenance was always REALLY fast and well done. Our apartment was beautiful and didn't have any major issues. The neighborhood was safe and lovely, and I adored that it felt comfortable enough that kids could be outside playing at any time of the day. The property itself was beautifully kept, and the duck pond on the north side was my favorite part of my daily walk. I moved here after being in a nightmarish rental situation, and the difference has been night and day. I recommend this place to all my friends and family members whenever I hear they're moving towards Salt Lake. If life brings me back to Salt Lake, I will definitely live here again.

Overall I really enjoyed living here. Staff is nice, maintenance comes out within a couple days when theres an issue, and the location is great. Amenities are great. The trash valet is nice but I really wish there was still at least a couple dumpsters on the property. We had a couple pest issues but other than that I don’t have many complaints. Only reason we moved is because we got an opportunity to live somewhere with no rent.

Jessica the leasing consultant is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She is patient with me being a first time renter (I have a lot of questions). I have a one bedroom apartment and upon move in there were some little things here and there that I was concerned with and maintenance came in on the next business day to help me fix a majority of them. The maintenance guy was super nice and enjoyable to be around. I love how beautiful this complex is, and how quiet it is here! I am happy to pay what is needed for such a beautiful place to live in. A huge thank you to Jessica and Maintenance. I say they deserve a raise!

Working with Jessica in the leasing office has been the best experience I have had with any leasing agent since I moved into my first apartment in 2017. From initial inquiry to scheduling a tour to signing the lease, she has been incredibly courteous to myself and my roommate. She answered all of our emails within a day or two, and even if she didn't have an immediate answer, she was always able to get the information and convey it to us in a timely manner. The apartment itself has been phenomenal. Despite the carpets being slightly damp from cleaning on move-in day, and a small leak in the laundry room that was promptly fixed less than twenty-four hours after alerting the office, I can't think of a better apartment that I have been in. Comfortable and spacious, I can see myself being a long-term resident here at Preston Hollow.

A pretty good place overall. Our 3 bedroom apartment is much more spacious than I expected it to be. The windows are sealed very very poorly, so expect mold on your window sills and you’ll hear every word that people outside are saying. That would be my only complaint other than the new gym, I miss the variety of machines in the old one! The new gym only has 1 weight machine, but I think it’s still a work in progress since it was just built. The entry gates are also always broken, usually because people drive into them. But compared to my whole living experience here, these complaints are minute and don’t affect me too much. Overall I love the place and I’m glad I found it!

An absolutely fantastic place! Me and my wife were looking around a lot of options around Salt Lake City and each time we often found a hair in the soup in each place. We drove around and came upon Preston Hallow. We stepped into the office a couple minutes right before they were going to close and Jessica was more than happy to stay a little later to fill me in on the community. We scheduled a time to check out a 1 bed apartment with my wife and we were impressed by the amount of square footage and also with the price. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

It was very easy to apply here. Took 2 days to get the approval and I’ve been at these apartments for 1 year and since then they are very easy to reach, also they get to their work orders very fast. Maintenance is very wonderful and respectful. I would recommend living here, management is very nice and thanks to Jess, my wife and I were able to get into an apartment as soon as possible. She made the process very easy and simple unlike other apartments.

Preston Hollow is a wonderful place to be. The staff make sure to make living here an excellent experience. They respond in a timely manner to both urgent and non-urgent matters. Staff are super friendly and reliable! The amenities here are excellent as well-- the new gym is amazing! I love having easy access to modern amenities like the Amazon hub and the pool areas. I would highly recommend looking no further than Preston Hollow if you are looking to rent. Completely worth it!

This move-in was a breath of fresh air. Edit: Among the five apartments I've signed in the last five (5) years, this has by far been the best. I've had to move around Salt Lake annually for various reasons (new roommates requiring more room, awful apartments I couldn't wait to get out of, getting married, etc. It's been busy haha), and I can gladly say I've renewed my lease here. It's been over a year and we've had multiple experiences with the office and maintenance staff, and each time everyone has been so patient and helpful. We have an older unrenovated apartment, so things have definitely gone wrong. But maintenance is always prompt and everyone has been very friendly, and we've gotten brand new replacement parts where needed. Believe me, I've seen bad maintenance and office staff in some of the last few places I've lived (those scumbags do their darndest to accomplish less than the absolute bare minimum), and this staff is so awesome in comparison. I'm used to staff trying to swindle me HARD, so I can't explain how surprising it is every time these guys bring a brand new part for the water heater or a new faucet for the sink without question. I know stuff like that should be the standard, but it feels like princess treatment at this point. I love these guys. The walks are always salted and there's plenty of uncovered parking around our building (which is something I look for after two of the previous apartments' awful parking situations), and I like that there's a locker room for packages. I do miss the gates as the apartments felt safer with them, but again, I've lived in far worse. My commute to work is quick, and there's plenty of food and grocery options within a 10 minute drive. There are added fees for various utilities, but sadly, what complex doesn't have those these days? These folks treat us well, so I don't pay the fees bitterly like I did in other places haha. There's always the possibility that as time goes on, the staff changes along with my opinion. But for now, it'll be a sore day when we have to leave. I know what apartment hell is like, so I'm clinging tight to this place. For the time being, I'm happy here, and I look forward to continuing to live on the property.

Staff was friendly and professional, background check took a while (because co-signer was from abroad) but it worked out. After moving in though, maintenance hasn’t been great time-wise (my apartment had leaking sinks, damaged screen, and a few other small issues but they have a big list of emergencies and maintenance before getting to me (and it has been about 20 days). Overall it’s been a good place. Loved how friendly the staff was, the pool and playground areas, and the mountains view. I understand they are going through lots of changes after they acquired phase 2 (therefore packed on requests and remodel) but I wish maintenance was faster. I also hope that parking slots get figured out/properly assigned soon! Will update after a while living here!

We rented this apartment for my in-laws and it has been absolutely amazing for them. They both use walkers and their apartment has no steps and has a walk in shower. The issues we have had with maintenance have been addressed quickly. I love having them so close to where we live and the girls in the office have bent over backwards to help when necessary. Update: May 8th, 2024, there have been issues with mail being stolen and mailboxes not staying shut they are very small and outdated for Luxury Apartments. This has been ongoing since I moved in. It's gotten so bad that I now have my mail forwarded to my parents in West jordan instead of risking my mail being stolen again. They have said they are supposedly getting new ones this spring since I was also told they'd be replaced last year.. I will believe it when I see it. At least we have nice rock gardens everywhere and a new shed now. Yes, I have contacted the post office, leasing office, and AMC corporate, and corporate has not returned my call. The post office corrected their carriers' issue immediately. Other than this major issue, things are still good. I moved to Phase II in March of this year (2023), and things have been great so far. The maintenance team has been quick to fix any problems and are always respectful when needing to enter the unit. They are pet friendly and have great areas for them outside. I have lived here for 4 months, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Friendly staff and friendly residents. I feel safe and comfortable here. The amenities are nice & I am very happy with my floor plan (hardwood vinyl floors), washer/dryer in unit, and the high speed WIFI. I would like to see more attention given to the dog park. All around the community there is grass but in the dog park only 1/4 is grass and the rest is a combination of dirt, dead branches, and piled up dead leaves. I don't know the last time the dog park was sanitized, or if it ever was, but having a little placard showing that it does get sanitized would make myself and other residents happy. Plus maybe converting the old laundry room into a pet wash area would benefit multiple residents, especially after snow/rain to address muddy paws. In my opinion, having a water spigot that goes into a bowl would be a great addition so dogs can have a drink of water after running around and playing. Seeing this area cleaned up, maintained in general, and showing more love to our 4-legged friends would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star.

Beautiful gated community with nice apartments. Has a good little gym, pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Chose this place because it felt safe to me. Have had no issues with safety. Had a few small maintenance related things and maintenance was prompt. Within a week or getting things looked at. Even got a call from maintenance manager to be sure things had been followed up on.

My fiance and I have lived here for over 2 years and we love it! Whenever there is an issue, the front office is quick to help and it is always resolved the same day. It is very dog friendly here which is super important! Everything on the property is well maintained, especially the dog park. This has been our favorite apartment so far that we've lived in SLC!

I have been living here for around 2 months now and our apartment was recently remodeled upon moving in. For the price we are paying, we have a lot included. In unit washer&dryer, dishwasher, plenty of space for myself and another couple in a 2 bedroom, we each have our own bathrooms w/tub and shower, granite countertops, a covered parking space, along with other parking spaces that aren’t covered. Pet friendly with a dog park in the grounds. A front gate, pool, sauna, and workout room all of which can be accessed via an app on the phone at any time. A pool table/hangout room during open hours. Coupled with a quiet side road not far from state street and all manner of shops/stores, this place has so many things to offer. Upon moving in I noticed a large bubble in the floor from the remodel and within a little less than month they had it fixed and I have no problems with it anymore. The cute girl at the front McKaylee, has always been nothing but kind, helpful, and professional in helping us to get settled in and happy with where we are now staying. Thank you guys for all of your hard work in making this dream a reality for us. -A happy tenant.

A very quiet community. During my visit, it never seems to have a lot of traffic. The leasing office seems to always close early. There also seems to be a shortage of staff, it always seems to be a challenge to find a staff member. Most of the time, I just give up and hope I remember what I needed from management. If you need any maintenance done, don't expect to be high on their priority list. It could be a few days before they get to you, so don't hold your breath. The apartments are in a nice area, gas stations and grocery stores are really close by. The smith is close by and is usually my go to for my needs and essentials. There are also quite a few fast food places that are pretty close by that are perfect for a quick meal if you are in a hurry. The apartments are fairly easy to find, but the complex neighbors another apartment complex which can easily be confused for each other. The complex has a very appealing exterior. The apartments them selves are pretty nice inside. The community is very friendly, I've never had any confrontational situations with any neighbors or management. Neither have I seen anyone else have any negative interactions with any other tenants. Overall this is a nice place to live!

Not so happy during move in. The payment system is really messy, and they wanted additional money in various ways. Update: The air conditioner does not work at the first day of move in! We called emergency technician and was told that the switch in the bathroom could not be turned off. The leasing office did not tell us that. Also, they said they provide internet and added $60 in the monthly rent. But no internet could be set up now. I would update my rate to 4 stars now. After 1 month of living here, it feels much better than before, and the staff are very friendly. Hopefully to increase it 5 stars in the future.

This was a great complex to live in! Conveniently located, plenty of parking, and maintenance requests always handled super fast - really! One time the breaker to my apt lights fizzled out and the maintenance guy came that same night (must’ve been like 10 or 11pm) to fix it. They could have easily waited until business hours the next day to fix it, but they were very prompt and wanted to help make the fix as convenient as possible. I would definitely recommend this place.

Leaving another review to express how awesome this place is! I renewed my lease for another year, and won $500 for doing it! They offer drawings like this all the time for different things. I never win anything and this is so awesome to win at this current time! On top of that it is just a great place to live. The office staff is the best, so helpful and friendly. Though I rarely have maintenance issues, when I do their awesome maintenance staff takes care of it so quickly. I love my apartment and the grounds are beautiful, I have never been happier at any place I've lived. I actually really enjoyed living here! My apartment was clean and cute and the staff was really great about handling maintenance or noise issues!! Big Thanks to Alejandro who is on top of maintenance and an overall nice guy!! My neighbors were actually great and as a healthcare worker, my hours were very early and I felt safe leaving for work in the middle of the night!! Over all its a very quiet complex!! Just renewed my lease for another year. The shared facilities are decent (we just had our pool "renovated" but realistically it was downgraded, and our gym is very dated, but hey at least we have them). The staff however is INCREDIBLE. I just had to take a minute to leave a review. I love living here! Not only is my apartment lovely, with vaulted ceilings and wood floors, but it's beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issue, and the head of maintenance is the sweetest, most pleasant man. But above all the office staff is the absolute best! Shawna and Alex are amazing. Alex is always friendly and ready to help, and Shawna takes such good care of me, any issues I've had she has been so sweet and supportive and gone above and beyond, more than I ever would have expected. I appreciate them so much and they have been so wonderful during these hard times in the world. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to everyone! Thank you for such a great place to live!

So I moved in a few weeks ago & had a few issues that didn’t make me very happy. However, mgmt. made it right later, which I really appreciate. They not only resolved all issues but I even got a new shower head out of it. Then my Air went out Sunday evening, called the on call emergency maint. guy, he came out with a good attitude mind u & checked to see if he could fix it, he couldn’t but brought in a portable cooler so I wouldn’t melt during the night, LOL! Within a few days they replaced it with a new one, dude, I’ve never been “so grateful” for cool air in my place! Anyways, I can’t say enough about Randy in maintenance going above & beyond to resolve my issues with a good attitude, as well as mgmt getting a new air unit several days earlier than first expected. And I have to mention the ladies in the office for their empathy & understanding, listening & helping to get things done. Overall, good experience. I recommend renting here for sure.

My experience at Preston Hollow has been great overall. The neighborhood is safe, and any management issues have been resolved fairly quickly. I moved here sight unseen from out of state (long story), and I haven't had any issues with PH. Some downsides & things I wish I'd known when I moved in: -The gate is never fully locked. It's advertised as gated, but most nights both gates are wide open. -Some of the costs on top of base rent can really add up: Washer/dryer, common area maintenance fee, real estate tax, carport...in total I was paying close to $200 more than base rent per month, in addition to separate utilities & internet costs. -Noise was a bit of a problem. It's not Preston Hollow's fault that some of my neighbors were loud very late in the evening/early in the morning (especially once everyone was staying home during the pandemic), but be aware of this if your windows face the parking lot.

The maintenance guys are quick to address and complete work that needs to be done throughout the complex. I have never had a problem with work not being completed in a timely manner. Just renewed my lease for another year. The shared facilities are wonderful, as is the Preston Hollow staff. From front desk to the incredible maintenance staff, we feel valued as residents and repairs are always done expediently and perfectly. The apartment is also great! Spacious, nice location, and affordable for the area and amenities offered. Proud to call PH home, and looking forward to another year of happy living :)

I have been living here at Preston Hollow for 3 years, there is a reason why I keep renewing my lease, its a nice community near freeways and shopping stores. We spend alot of time playing pool in the club house. My wife loves it here and my kids are growing up here. Very friendly staff. I don't see leaving this community anytime soon.

Although I did not proceed with them, the staff was really nice to me. The apartment is pretty new, big space. The community is pretty chill as well. If I did not found the cheaper one, I would sign with them. The only thing I want to mention is that they do not have washer and dryer. Either you rent it for 40 bucks per month from them, or you bring your own.

The office staff is incredibly patient and goes out of their way to accommodate any of my requests. Maintenance takes way too long. Even simple cosmetic maintenance in the common areas takes wayyyyy tooooooo looooooooong. The new updates are looking great, and I’m looking forward to the new gate. I highly recommend either adding additional maintenance staff or finding an outsourcing partner for the times when you’re short staffed or when there are a lot of requests. All in all, I’m pretty happy living here.

I have to give a shout out to all of the gals in the office along with the maintenance crew. Tiffany, the leasing agent, is very compassionate and understanding when it comes to issues that arise. She constantly has a smile on her face and is the first person you see when walking into the office. It truly is a breath of fresh air compared to the agents I have met throughout my apartment rental history. Jeannette and Laura are nothing short than amazing as well. The staff and maintenance guys are amazing! They even helped me move a bedframe into my apartment, which was much appreciated. The grounds are well maintained and they fixed any issues I had with the apartment. I only knocked off a star because I think the apartments are a bit over priced being further from downtown and I'm moving out at the end of my 9 month lease due to an increase in the rent. For a one bedroom (not the remodeled one) with no utilities included, $1,060/month is not affordable for me. I'm sad to leave, but if you can afford it I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I have lived at Preston Hollow for nearly 3 years and I have loved every bit of it. The entire front staff, as well as the maintenance staff, has always been so friendly, kind, and prompt. I haven't had to call maintenance very often because the apartments are well kept, but when I have had to call for something, they have been so fast at coming to get things done. Whenever I have had questions or concerns, they have been very kind to listen and fast with taking steps/giving me recommendations to solve them. They do renovations on their apartments, but it has never gotten excessively loud, nor has it been super early in the morning. The space in the apartments is great! I have lived in a 1-bedroom that has a giant indoor storage closet, which has been so nice. I also like that the 1-bedroom has an actual washroom. The pool is well kept and clean in the summer and it is seriously BEAUTIFUL with all of the flowers and vines they have planted. I have gone to the pool just to hang out, swim, or use the grills and it has been peaceful each time. The other residents I have met seem happy and they have been friendly and respectful. I have recommended Preston Hollow to many people that I hear of looking for an apartment because I have loved living there. I am more than happy to give them a 5-star review because I truly believe they deserve it and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place was superb to live. I liked the trees and every spring there is new ducklings around. By far the best thing at this place was the staff, I definitely will miss the friendliness of the staff. The only problem I had with the location is living on the east side next to main road there are people always taking off in loud, obnoxious cars and bikes all day and night. Obviously I don't blame the complex at all it's just an unfortunate thing that made me want to leave. Overall I enjoyed my time living here.

These apartments, management, grounds, maintenance, neighbors - have been better than any other place I've lived since moving to SLC. I loved the security of the front gates, the regular and beautiful grounds maintenance and even the quick responses of repairs (rarely needed). Tiffany has been extremely helpful throughout my entire stay - from signing and renewing my lease. I'd purchase a place in this community if I could. The only reason I moved was to purchase a condo a little farther south in the Murray area. I recommend Preston Hollow to everyone I know who's looking for a place to live! Thanks for everything!

This place is great! My fiancé and I love the huge amount of storage, the big windows and the nicely sized 1-bedroom apartment we chose. However, our screen door doesn’t work very well, our air conditioner is broken, and our apartment smells like smoke. However, I know Preston hollow will fix whatever they are asked to do! Very impressed!

This is a great place to live. My husband and I love our apartment. The walls are well built so you don't hear your neighbors. They have always fixed things quickly and one of the guys even brings a treat for our dog. The gates are sometimes broken but when they break they are left open so you have no problems getting into the complex. They do over water the grass which has made the dog park a muddy mess and has caused mushrooms to grow in the grass. We would stay here until we can afford a house but our rent is raised every time we renew and we don't know if we can afford it. The office staff is always nice and goes out of their way to help with anything you need.

This is beautiful place to live with a lot of mature trees and well kept grounds. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. We have had them in our apartment various times and they have always been kind a respectful to us and our small dog and old blind cat. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only complain one might have is that the gate only works part of the time. Other than that everything is wonderful.

I stopped by here for a tour yesterday. The girl who toured me, Maddie, was so great! She was able to hold a great conversation with me, give me the low down of the place, didnt make me feel pressured, and helped me with anything I needed. We looked at a very beautiful one bedroom that I loved. The only negative (reason for 4 stars) is I do have a pitbull so I cant bring him here. If I didnt have him this would be my dream place to live. Gorgeous grounds, and from the one staff member I get the feeling the staff is great. Too bad my dog is restricted.

And if you face east like mine the sunrise best thing every the pool lights super romantic! The grounds well kept my dog has meet so many others ! And has made it his home too! The office yes they do remember you by name! Tiff she's one of the best, She's like the the Great Bambino here! Jeanette the best she will do the best to help you out! This is a beautiful, wonderful place to live! The floor plans are open and very well done with bedrooms and bathrooms separated for privacy. The units are nicely updated and the community is quiet, clean, and close to lots of shopping, trax, freeway, etc. I love my neighbors and always feel safe. Tiffany at the office is extremely helpful and kind. Juan and Adrian are most reliable maintenance guys you could ask for; they're very friendly and able to assist with anything you need. I would highly recommend Preston Hollow to family, friends, or just anyone that wants to live in a lovely apartment complex!

I love it. Quiet complex, clean, I enjoy the resident mallard ducks and the layout of our apartment. We have the 1B plan and we're on the third floor so we have the vaulted ceilings. Makes it feel so open and spacious. They are very pet friendly so that's worth a three star rating right there.

I love it here. I just moved from California and I thought Utah wasnt even close to LA's apartments. I was soo wrong this place is amazing my neighbors are soo quiet, the place is beautiful, the manager or whoever is in the office is super nice, the gym is nice too. The things I dont like are ,one that spring is here, but they havent opened the pool yet, and also that some people dont clean after their dogs which is disgusting, other than that, so far so good.
