Leaving another review to express how awesome this place is! I renewed my lease for another year, and won $500 for doing it! They offer drawings like this all the time for different things. I never win anything and this is so awesome to win at this current time! On top of that it is just a great place to live. The office staff is the best, so helpful and friendly. Though I rarely have maintenance issues, when I do their awesome maintenance staff takes care of it so quickly. I love my apartment and the grounds are beautiful, I have never been happier at any place I've lived. Times have been rough but the staff at PH has truly made me feel cared for and important and I am forever grateful! Special shout out to Shauna, she is the absolute best!

I love this place, management is very attentive to our needs & I feel at home everyday.

The staff here was always very nice. The apartments are really cute for a decent price. All our maintenance requests were handled quickly. I would definitely recommend living here to any friends I have looking for an apartment.

I actually really enjoyed living here! My apartment was clean and cute and the staff was really great about handling maintenance or noise issues!! Big Thanks to Alejandro who is on top of maintenance and an overall nice guy!! My neighbors were actually great and as a healthcare worker, my hours were very early and I felt safe leaving for work in the middle of the night!! Over all its a very quiet complex!! The only reason I left was because of a job transfer otherwise I would have been happy to stay!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!

Just renewed my lease for another year. The shared facilities are decent (we just had our pool "renovated" but realistically it was downgraded, and our gym is very dated, but hey at least we have them). The staff however is INCREDIBLE. From front desk to the incredible maintenance staff, we feel valued as residents and repairs are always done expediently and perfectly. The apartment is also great! Spacious, nice location, and affordable for the area and amenities offered. Proud to call PH home.

I have been living at Preston Hollow for a little over a month. The interior of the apartments is beautiful, with a well-arranged, open floor plan and the maintenance workers are always prompt and they're really good at fixing issues almost instantaneously.

We love to live in Preston Hollow, quiet neighbors, maintenance and service from people always very helpful. We are leaving to return to our country.
